I know 😁… Let me tell you my experience on Shahid subscription, and please let me know of you faced any issue with them
They announced that they have a one week free before before paying for any subscription, i decided to join to try it… After the week finished, they deducted an amount for the next week as a fees. Then i opened it next day after they deducted the amount, i found my user is still free and unable to watch videos that marked as VIP.
This was on March 2020, I informed them about this issue, and untill today i didn’t get my money back, and my subscription is still free
Tired from contacting them, they are really unable to solve my issue, and i heard that a lot of customers faced this issue
