Here is the option where you can control main services on your other devices.

First of all, activate this option from settings, then Advanced features.
After that, make sure that you have logged in with same samsung account in the other devices (Galaxy smart watches, tablets)
Other devices should be connected to internet in order to receive the notifications reached on your phone
